A Good Day for heater factory's Team Building

On 28th, in the morning, all the Hangsam staff of the company were preparing the things needed for the group building activity. With the mood of joy and expectation, we set out for the destination from the company at 1:00 PM on time.

At about 1:30 at noon, we arrived at the extension training base. First of all, the person in charge told us the corresponding requirements, and we began to allocate accommodation to pick up things and so on. After ten minutes of time to pick up these scattered a lot of things, unity is strength.
The whole team building process: team building games, bonfire party and dinner several activities.
In a team game, everyone gets involved and works together to win. We have gradually come to understand the meaning of "teamwork". I have learned that teamwork has the connotation of "exercising will and improving myself", and it is a training activity that challenges myself. Teamwork consciousness can creatively bring into play one's potential.

Through clear division of labor and cooperation, the team can cooperate with each other for the common goal and complete the task better and faster. It improved the cohesion of our team during the whole activity. Let everyone learn to understand each other, mutual tolerance, mutual trust, let team members respect each other, so as to close the relationship between employees, let individuals form a closer whole.
